How to classify lightning arresters?
The purpose and classification of lightning arresters are as follows:
FS - Low voltage ordinary valve type lightning arrester. Used for protecting AC electrical appliances in low-voltage networks,Low voltage windings of electric meters and distribution transformers.
FS - Distribution type ordinary valve type lightning arrester. Used for protection of 3, 6, and 10KV AC distribution systems
FZ - Power station type ordinary valve type lightning arrester. Used to protect 3220KV AC system power station
